Many organizers and activists recognize that most survivors have experienced multiple forms of violence.  Yet we’re often better at creating intersectional ideas than strategies.  Sometimes the strategies, tactics, and goals of groups working against hate violence, intimate-partner violence, sexual violence groups, police violence, and criminalization contradict and at worst deliberately undermine each other.  This is a strategy session to discuss what’s worked in cross-movement collaborations, what hasn’t, and what principles do people use to create effective multi-issue strategies around violence.
